Caught in the Bering Sea off the coasts of Alaska, these massive crustaceans are savoured for their thick and succulent meat. Considered one of the best crab meats in the world, the King Crab's meat is snow white with tinges of bright red. The legs of the King Crab are also thicker than that of the Snow Crab. The meat is very low in Saturated Fat. It is also a good source of Vitamin C, Folate and Magnesium, and a very good source of Protein, Vitamin B12, Phosphorus, Zinc, Copper and Selenium. The King Crab Legs have been pre-cooked, however, it is advisable to blanch them before consumption.
